Director of Operations and Patient Care
With over 10 years of management experience, Corrine is the director of operations of Nassif M.D., Inc and holds bachelor’s degrees in public relations/communications and psychology from CSUF. From day-to-day practice interactions to patient events and staff education, Corrine is passionate about patient experiences and ensuring the highest level of patient care. She ensures the flow and efficiency of the team meet our highest standard of patient care and believes in a team based approach where every patient is treated promptly, comprehensively and with a smile.
Aside from managing the practice and NassifMD Medical Spa, Corrine is also the patient care coordinator for Dr. Nassif along with our plastic surgeon, Dr. Charles Galanis. She enjoys coordinating and loves the opportunity to meet, and guide patients through their surgical journey.
Corrine enjoys supporting Drs. Nassif, Galanis, Peng and Frederick in their vision to change the lives of patients around the world and considers herself blessed to work for such passionate doctors and a team that she considers family.
Micaela is our valued patient concierge for both our patients both surgical and MedSpa needs. Micaela graduated with her Bachelors of Arts from UCLA in 2015 before continuing education in Loyola Marymount’s Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical program. Throughout her studies, Micaela held leadership role in a student based non-profit humanitarian group, serving as sole leader for an international student healthcare mission her senior year. Her passion for medicine, aesthetics, and improving the lives of others led her to an internship with Dr. Nassif in 2015. Since completing her studies, Micaela has become a valued full time staff member, using her background education to eloquently assist our patients. She loves plastic surgery because she feels it is the perfect intersection of medicine, technology, and beauty and this passion reflects in her positive and empathetic interactions with patients.
Master Coolsculpting Specialist
Brittany started her career as an ER Patient Care Technician at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in 2013. Her passion for patient care led her to become a Medical Assistant for plastic and reconstructive surgery. She eventually fell in love with helping patients reach their aesthetic goals through Coolsculpting and became a certified specialist in 2016. After several years of perfecting her craft and graduating from the Coolsculpting University she became a Master Coolsculpting Specialist in 2018. Brittany is passionate about yielding the best results for her patients by integrating a healthy lifestyle with the best methods and techniques with coolsculpting.
Laura is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been working in the aesthetic field for three years. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University, and her master’s degree in nursing from University of Indianapolis. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Laura worked in Cardiac ICU as a Registered Nurse. Laura enjoys helping her patients feel comfortable and spending time answering any and all questions they may have. She values patient education and informative consultations to help patients select a treatment plan to best suit their needs. Her favorite treatments include injectable fillers, Microneedling with PRP, and CoolSculpting. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time in nature and walking by the beach.
Our fantastic bilingual medical assistant, Anais joined out team in February 2017. She completed her Medical Assisting degree in 2012 and began her medical career working at a multi-specialty surgery center. During her experience at her previous position, she found herself most interested in the plastic surgery procedures she observed, motivating her to seek employment in the field she grew to love. Anais most enjoys patient interaction and making sure the patient’s questions and concerns are addressed with accuracy and compassion. Day to day, Anais assists our doctors in clinic, ensuring patient appointments run smoothly and on time. Her kind and compassionate disposition matches her impeccable work ethic and we are blessed to have her on our team.
Patient Concierge and Skin Care Consultant
Stacy Borshell joined the Nassif M.D. team in October 2018 as a Patient Concierge and Skin Care Consultant. She brings over 10 years of customer service and concierge experience having worked for iconic fashion and beauty retailer Nordstrom. As Patient Concierge, Stacy’s is positioned at our front desk handling incoming calls, booking consultations and ensuring your visit to our offices is comfortable and pleasant, welcoming each of you with a smile. She is happy to provide you with an office tour, including a visit to our state of the art treatment rooms. Stacy is also pleased to provide personal concierge services, which includes accommodating special requests and providing local restaurant and retail shopping suggestions. As Skin Care Consultant, Stacy is trained to evaluate your skin and assist with selecting the best Nassif M.D. Dermaceuticals products and treatments for your skin type.
Stacy enjoys meeting patients from around the globe and does her very best to make everyone feel at home. She loves helping people look and feel their very and best, making your experience at Nassif M.D. Medical Spa one that is sure to make you smile. Stacy was born and raised in Anaheim, California; home to Disneyland – also known as “The Happiest Place on Earth”.
Cristopher Gomez is a patient concierge trained in front office and administrative procedures. He has extensive experience in orthopedics, patient satisfaction, financing, and patient care. Cris’ proficiency and skilled techniques compliment the work of our Plastic Surgeons & Medical Spa providers through assisting patients who crave the utmost finest age defying and youth rejuvenating results. With his patient care expertise, Cris serves a vast array of patients, new and existing, to ensure they receive the absolute best satisfactory results, knowledge of all office treatments and procedures, and overall general attentiveness.
Front Desk Supervisor
Araceli is our valued front desk supervisor with a 10 year career in the healthcare field. She joined our team in 2014. Araceli was drawn to plastic surgery because of her interest in the transformative nature of the procedures and wanted to assist patients in their journey. She particularly loves watching each patient recover from their procedure, watching them become more excited with their result as they check in for their post op appointments. Araceli is bilingual and assists all Spanish speaking new and existing patients in our office. She also uses her extensive knowledge of skincare and MedSpa treatments to kindly recommend and explain products and procedures when she interacts with patients at the front desk. Her positive smiling face is happy to greet you for your next visit at Nassif M.D., Inc.
Our Medical Assistant, Salena joined us in June 2020. She received her Medical Assisting and phlebotomy degree in 2014 but has 9 years of experience in the medical field overall. Entering the plastic surgery industry was by far her favorite industry as she loves to help everyone feel beautiful throughout their aesthetic journey. She enjoys hands on patient care as well as assisting doctors and team members alike. Making sure all her bases are covered, Salena will answer any questions and make sure each patient's experience in our office is a comfortable and positive one.
Pre and Post-Operative Coordinator
2011 marked Patty’s seamless transition into the world of aesthetic medicine. She initially joined our team as Front Office Supervisor but her quick learning ability, determination and attention to detail quickly landed her a position on Dr. Nassif’s surgical coordination team as Pre and Post-operative Care Coordinator. She loves being a part of every patient’s journey in achieving the confidence and satisfaction they’ve always wanted.
With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Patty understands how meaningful it is to provide you with support, guidance and comfort during such an important process. Her primary focus as a Pre and Post-operative Care Coordinator is to guide you every step of the way as you begin your journey with us. She will help prepare you for your surgical procedure and ensure your understanding of Dr. Nassif’s protocols to optimize your surgical results. Upon scheduling your procedure, Patty provides valuable information pertaining to your procedure, works in close liaison with the aftercare facilities and MedBridge, coordinates your pre and post-operative visits and post-operative treatments such as HBO, pre & post-op IV, LED and Ultrasound treatments, handles surgery payments and works diligently to create an experience that is pleasant and rewarding.
In addition to being part of this amazing journey, Patty loves to explore new destinations, people and cultures with her family. In her leisure, she enjoys family time and Tee time with her husband.
