Traveling to NassifMD Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, CA

The staff at NassifMD Plastic Surgery proudly offers zoom sessions for out-of-town clients who would like to plan a visit to our facility. All of our clients from abroad have found these initial sessions incredibly helpful, as they allow them to plan out their trip more carefully early on.

What does the out-of-town consultation involve?

Reach out to us

The first step is to contact our office or reach out to us online to request a consultation and provide us with information regarding the cosmetic goals and the procedures that the patient is interested in. Our staff will then set up a consultation so that they can meet with Dr. Nassif and members of his staff via Zoom at a time that is convenient for the patient.

Provide the relevant information

Prior to the consultation, patients will be given the ability to divulge some information that will help us better understand their medical history and current situation. This information is vital in helping us curate a treatment plan. Some medical conditions may render a patient unfit for certain procedures and better suited for other ones.

Submit photos

Before the virtual consultation, patients are asked to provide clear, close-up photos that show the areas they would like to be treated. Dr. Nassif and the staff will ask questions about the photos during the consultation to gain a better understanding of the patient’s concerns and desired outcome. This information will help us come closer to a recommendation on treatment.

Schedule the procedure

Patients will disclose their preferred appointment dates to our staff, and they will check availability. When confirmed, patients can then let us know the dates that they are planning to be in Los Angeles so we can help out with travel and lodging arrangements.

Once patients have settled on their procedure and timeframe for travel, a deposit is due. Patients are to pay the remaining balance prior to undergoing their procedure. We offer financing options to all of our patients. Finance plans are a great way for patients to be able to afford treatment and enjoy their trip stress-free.

Review and sign the pre-surgical documents

Once the procedure is scheduled, patients will receive some pre-procedural consent forms that must be signed and returned before the day of surgery. There are also some instructions on what to do and what not to do leading up to the procedure, which must be followed closely. We need to receive these documents before proceeding with the treatment.

Patients should plan to arrive a few days prior to the surgery so they can come in for an in-person consultation and evaluation. During this meeting, patients will have the chance to ask any other questions they may have. Uninsured patients need not fret. We have cardiology and medical clearance referrals for those without insurance or primary care physicians.

The recovery period

On the night of surgery, patients will stay at our aftercare facility. They are picked up after the surgery and taken to the aftercare facility where they are looked after overnight by our medical staff. During the first six days, patients will receive post-operative treatments that help speed up the healing process, such as LED, HBO, IV Therapy, and Ultrasound. They are then driven back to the office for one day.

At NassifMD Plastic Surgery, our patients’ health and safety are our primary concerns. We prefer that our clients stay in the LA area for at least a week following their surgery so that we can make sure that they are healing up well and getting the care that they need.

Flying in for surgery

Los Angeles Airports

Patients flying into Los Angeles have one of two destination options:

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Hollywood Burbank Airport (formerly known as Bob Hope Airport)

Both of these airports are approximately 40 minutes away from our Beverly Hills office, although traffic could extend travel time a bit. The best option coming from these airports is to take a rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft, or rent a car.

Rental cars

The two main car rental companies near LAX are Enterprise and Hertz. Both agencies offer competitive rates. There are Enterprise and Hertz locations in Beverly Hills, both within 10 minutes of our practice.

Other transportation

Patients who are meeting friends or family in the area can rely on the incredibly convenient FlyAway buses that make trips from LAX to Union Station (Downtown) and Van Nuys every 30 minutes.

There are also shuttle services that can be booked ahead of time or by speaking with one of the personnel at the ground transportation desk near the baggage claim.

It is worth noting that the Mosaic Hotel is a favorite among our guests, as it is located just 50 feet away from our practice. All the other hotels are less than a 10-minute drive away, except for SLS (15 minutes, give or take).
